Industry Awards

RCI works in partnership with its resort affiliates and continues to be committed to the strengthening of the vacation ownership industry. RCI wishes to ensure that timeshare owners enjoy high quality holidays. The RCI Resort Recognition Program is a major motivating factor towards that commitment.

RCI has a Subscribing Member Comment Card, which includes scoring in the areas of resort maintenance, unit maintenance, and housekeeping. RCI uses this card to measure their affiliate resorts and has a recognition program where they recognise and award resorts that exceed expectations. This recognition program includes:

RCI President's Club Award

The RCI's coveted President's Club Award formally recognises consistently outstanding affiliates who share a commitment to transforming the vacation experience and to growing their business. RCI presents this award annually and it includes RCI's top performing affiliates globally. The President's Club Award consists of a beautiful crystal award, a wall plaque and other great rewards and benefits to honour the receiving resort's achievement. The Queensland Tourism Industry Awards have been running for 30 years. The Awards recognise the outstanding achievements of tourism operators across the State. The Awards cover 29 categories and provide the opportunity to publicly acknowledge and showcase Queensland's finest tourism operators across the areas of attractions, events, tours and transport, accommodation, restaurants, culture, ecotourism, marketing and more.

The RCI Gold Crown Resort Award is the highest award given to designate resorts that have exceeded standards in the areas of unit housekeeping, unit maintenance, hospitality and check-in/check-out procedures, and an evaluation of resort facilities, amenities and services.

The RCI Hospitality Award is presented for consistently high ratings in the check-in/check-out and hospitality categories.

These awards are presented annually to the top performing affiliates from around the world. It is an honour to receive such awards from a RCI a company whom is highly regarded in the industry, with 4500 affiliate resorts throughout the world.
